Community Building Events and Meetings

At least once a month, we gather to build community together. This looks different each time – we’ve learned advocacy skills, watched and discussed documentaries, held picnics, and more!

Support

We hold a monthly online support group for families, friends, and caregivers of LGBTQ+ folks. Whether you are looking for information or just need to chat about how to best celebrate your loved one – you’re welcome to join us.

We also host a private Queer+ Support Group. This group has limited availability, but there are often spots open. Contact us if you are interested in joining.

Partner Events and Community Outreach

PFLAG Springfield/SWMO regularly partners with other organizations to strengthen the LGBTQ+ community, grow broader understanding, and lead with love.
