State Advocacy

When an issue that affects our LGBTQ+ loved ones comes to the forefront of our state government’s agenda, PFLAG Springfield/SWMO often takes and encourages action from our members. Whether we support pro-equality legislation or fight against harmful bills that hurt our families, PFLAG Springfield/SWMO is here to support our community. 

That being said, every issue is an LGBTQ+ issue, and often the PFLAG National Board of Directors will develop and issue Policy Statements that PFLAG Springfield/SWMO supports. These statements can be found here.
